Thursday, March 21
7:00 p.m.
Nationally known quilter, Marion Coleman, will be at the Library to talk about her inspiration in making her storytelling quilts. Coleman, whose quilts are currently traveling the country with the International Quilt Festival, believes quilting is a reminder of the past - "not just our nation's but our families' as well."
Come listen to Marion, have a chance to view some of her quilts and at the same time, view the quilt exhibit at the Library by the Carquinez Strait Stitchers.
