Problems Logging into a Database?
Remote access of most of these databases are limited to libraries in Solano and Napa Counties' library card holders, so you may be asked to input your library card number. You may apply for an e-card from home to access our databases!
If you are still having problems logging into a database from home, go into your firewall and unblock referring URLs or disable your firewall, log into database and then enable firewall again.
If this does not fix the problem, please clear your cache or temp files. In Firefox, it is under tools and then clear private data. Check mark Cache and Click Now. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools, Internet Options and Under Temporary Internet Files click Delete Files.
